Deck Ideas: Kagero (Dauntless-Saga)

Hi folks, I apologise for the hiatus on the updates on this blog. Today I'll be sharing a kagerō fun deck that we can play in our locals.

Here is the decklist:
G4:
4x Flame Emperor Dragon King, Root Flare Dragon
4x Divine Dragon Knight, Mahmud

G3:
4x Heroic Saga Dragon
4x Dauntless Drive Dragon

G2:
4x Twilight Arrow Dragon
3x Berserk Dragon
4x Dragon knight, Emad

G1:
4x Lava flow dragon
4x Energy flame, Aethonic
2x Calamity Tower Wyvern
4x seal dragon, rinocross

G0:
2x gattling claw dragon (draw)
4x seal dragon, artpique (draw)
6x critical trigger

Starter:
Wyvernkid Ragra or Red Pulse Dracokid

Main Deck Tech
Heroic Saga Dragon
[AUTO](VC) Generation Break 1 (This ability is active if you have one or more face up G units in total on your (VC) or G zone): When this unit attacks a vanguard, your opponent may choose one of their rear-guards, retires it, if he or she does not, during that battle, this unit gets [Critical]+1 and "[AUTO](VC):At the beginning of your damage step, if the number of guardian is one, choose one of your opponent's guardians, retire it, and that unit's effects with "cannot be hit" is nullified.".
[AUTO](VC):[Counter Blast (1) and Soul Blast (1)] When this unit is placed on (VC), you may pay the cost. If you do, choose one of your opponent's grade 1 or less rear-guards, and retire it.

This card simply negates sentinels and damage nullifier. The turn you rode this card, is enough to clear 2 of your opponent rearguards. Combo it with the notorious Dauntless Drive Dragon would be devastating. Firstly, it allows 3 rearguards to be retired and if your opponent do not have any rearguard to retire, they would unable to place a negate on the guardian circle which gives them limited choices of guarding using grade 2s, 1s and zeros. Dauntless drive gives this card the massive power boost that it needs to apply pressure on the opponent. And a restanding vanguard would mean trouble for your opponent if they ran out of cards to retire and cards from their hand to guard.

Dragon Knight, Emad
[AUTO](RC) Generation Break 1 (This ability is active if you have one or more face up G units in total on your (VC) or G zone):[Counter Blast (1)]: When an opponent's rear-guard in the same column as this unit is put in the drop zone due an effect from one of your cards, you may pay the cost. If you do, until end of turn, this unit gets [Power]+2000 and "[AUTO](RC):At the beginning of your damage step that this unit attacks, if the number of guardians is one, choose one of your opponent's guardians, retire it, and that unit's effects with "cannot be hit" is nullified.".

Similar to Heroic Saga Dragon, it had an effect that triggers the negation of nullifiers. Its condition is relatively easy to fulfil and kagero has loads of options of retiring rearguards such as twilight arrow dragon, berserk dragon, etc.. etc..

To pilot this deck is relatively simple:
Ride Dauntless drive Dragon. Stride every turn if possible each turn or you can break ride dauntless over dauntless to pressure and to drain your opponent shields. Push them to 4 to 5 damage if possible. Finale Turn with Heroic Saga break ride on dauntless. Clear their rearguards with removal cards such as berserk dragon, twilight arrow dragon. Swing for the win with a restanding Vanguard.

The deck is pretty linear with its strategy, straightfoward and simple to use for beginners. Not to forget it is wallet friendly as well with the exception of the 4x dauntless drive dragons. Until next time.

Stride Generation~ G!!

Following the introduction of Cardfight!! Vanguard G, we have new G units, and stride.
What are G units?
G units are Grade 4 units with "Triple Drive!". They are not placed in the main deck, but in the G Zone, a zone right abobe the damage zone on the typical playmat. G units can be used for Stride, and each player can have up to 8 G units, with a maximum of 4 copies per unit.
What is Stride?
Stride is an ability unlocked when both players' Vanguards are Grade 3 or greater. To stride, one must discard 1 or more cards with the grades totaling to 3 or more. All G units are face down in the G Zone at the start of the game. When you stride, choose a G unit and place it face up on the Vanguard circle. At the end of your turn, that unit goes back to the G Zone face up, and cannot be used for stride again. When you stride on your Vanguard, the G unit gains the name and original power value of your "heart". If your original Vanguard is in Legion, choose 1 unit to be the heart. The G unit does not gain the skills of the heart. As the term "triple drive" suggests, you get 3 drive checks when you stride.

Generation Break
You may have noticed some new units have the symbol GB1 or GB2. These abilities are unlocked when there is the stated number of G units face up in the G Zone or on the Vanguard circle. So for example, if your grade 2 rear guard has a GB1 ability, it can be activated when you have a Striden Vanguard or when there is one face up G unit in the G Zone.

G Assist:
G assist is a new mechanic designed to help with misgrading. You need to have at least 2 G units to use this. Here's how it works:
1)Reveal your hand to your opponent, proving you don't have a unit 1 grade higher than your Vanguard.
2)Check the top 5 cards of your deck for a unit 1 grade higher than your Vanguard, and add it to your hand. Shuffle your deck.
3)Choose 2 G units from your G Zone, and 2 cards from your hand, and remove them from the match. This is not bind or discard. The lost G units cannot be used to fulfil the conditions for Generation Break.
4) Proceed to ride phase.
If you did not add a card to your hand during step 2, skip step 3 and jump to step 4.
The G Assist ability is very costly, hence it should only be used when truly desperate.

Examples of G units:
All clans: Harmonics Messiah; Heat Elemental, Magnum; Miracle Elemental, Atmos
Gear Chronicle: Interdimensional Dragon, Mystery Flare Dragon
Royal Paladin: Vague Sacred Knight, Gablade
Oracle Think Tank: Sword Deity of Divine Sound, Takemikazuchi
Nova Grappler: Meteorkaiser, Viktplasma
Kagero: Imperial Flame Dragon King, Route Flare Dragon

This is just a short list of the current known Stride units. Certain clans have new cards which combo well with the Stride mechanic to net huge advantages.
If your favorite clan does not have Stride units yet, you can use the generic clan G units to power up your current deck, or wait for Bushiroad to release G units for that clan.

Happy Cardfighting everyone~!

Signing off,
Lee Megan

BT14 Meta and opinions

Hey folks. Its been quite sometime I never update the blog and been on a hiatus. This Le Jestre who is going to discuss with everyone reading this about the upcoming meta and my opinions on the new cards in bt14.

Lets talk about the current meta.
Tier 1 - G4 Novelle Kagero
Tier 1.5 - CBD Link Joker
Tier 1.5 - Narukami
Tier 2 - RFD Revengers
Tier 2 - Nova Grapplers Beast Diety/ Blau/ Asura
Others not mentioned are decks that are not frequently used in tourneys

Decks that Died to the new meta of 13k base
Revengers
Aqua force
Nova grapplers
Chaos breaker

Lets 1st talk about the cover card GRAND EZEL SCIZZORS
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (2) & Soul Blast (2)] Unlock all of your locked cards, and if you have five «Gold Paladin» rear-guards, this unit gets [Power]+10000/[Critical]+1 until end of turn, and at the end of that turn, Soul Charge (1), choose a card from your damage zone, and turn it face up. [CONT](VC):During your turn, this unit gets [Power]+1000 for each of your «Gold Paladin» rear-guards. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

My opinions on this card: This card is just isn't liberator. I don't see a reason why it need to target solely link joker and CBD. CBD isn't that popular anymore which people abandoned him to play G4 transcendence dragon.

Lets read the card line by line.
The problem with this card lies in its inability to gain any defensive advantage with its skill conditioned to be ideal only when you have a full field. In other words, this card is vulnerable to massive retirement of rearguard. Ezel would be SHUT DOWN AS A SOLO WARRIOR.
The other loop hole with the card is when you only have 1 open damage for counter blast. Ezel skill needs 2 CB and Soul Blast 2 and only unflips after the cost is paid and the unflipping of damage and soul charge 1 will resolve at the end of the turn.

Which means give Ezel the 4th damage when his damage has 3 cards facedown to TOTAL SHUTDOWN the skill of ezel. Ezel has no skills to recover from mass retirement from decks like Narukami and kageros which will give Ezel Multiplier Minuses if both of the above mentioned shutdown conditions are fulfilled.

To all the CBD Players out there. Nothing to fear out there. Ezel isn't that strong and effective against you.

Next lets discuss about Gancelot Zenith
[AUTO](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (1)-card with "Liberator" in its card name & Choose one of your grade 2 or less rear-guards, and put it on the bottom of your deck] When this unit attacks a vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, look at the top card of your deck, search for up to one «Gold Paladin», call it to an open (RC), and put the rest on the bottom of your deck, and that unit gets [Power]+10000 until end of turn. [CONT](VC):If you have a card named "Solitary Liberator, Gancelot" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+2000. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

My opinions on this card. Gancelot zenith is just like an Ethic buster Extreme who allows you to deliver 4 attacks every turn. How it works is it refreshes one rearguard with a cost of CB1 and replace with a random rearguard called from the top of the deck and adding a power of 10k. So in this case, I would use one rearguard unboosted to attack your interceptors or your 11k Vanguard and then use the vanguard to attack and trigger gancelot's skill to call the top card to hasten triggers and to drain more hand card and allow both rears to get buffed by trigger effects. However this card DO NOT GIVE PLUSES unless a josephus is called to draw 1.

How to Shutdown this card? Keep on RETIRE and sweep their REARGUARDS. This way, you get to force more cards from their hand to replenish their field to accommodate and cater for his effect. To conclude this card poses very little threat to the dragon empire :D To my dragons, please burn those humans. Muahahahahah!

Next I'm going to discuss about the Broken Heart Jewel Knight Ashlei.
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (1) & Choose one of your rear-guards with "Jewel Knight" in its card name, and lock it] Choose up to one of your opponent's rear-guards in the front row, and retire it, and search your deck for up to one card with "Jewel Knight" in its card name, call it to (RC), and shuffle your deck. This ability cannot be used for the rest of that turn. (The locked card is turned face down, and cannot do anything. It turns face up at the end of the owner's turn) [CONT](VC):If you have a card named "Pure Heart Jewel Knight, Ashlei" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+2000. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

Opinions about this card: Ashlei is like a card that gives free pluses for a cheap cost of CB1. Lets imagine. A g3 with effects of a Blaster Dark Revenger and a Tartu for CB1, Lock1. And having a base vanguard as ashlei which gives pressure with the critical. Its kinda good to prevent limit break. I kinda find this card decent with a potential +2 everyturn. I kinda love the art. Like how sci-fi she looks like with her sexy curves. Grear Job to the artist that drew her.

Next Imma talk about the Tempest Bolt Dragon
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (3)-card with "Eradicator" in its card name] Retire all of each fighter's rear-guards. [CONT](VC):During your turn, this unit gets [Power]+2000 for each fighter's open (RC). [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

Opinions about this card: His effect is kinda straightforward of burning everything in his sight. What makes this card good is the mass retirement it gave. To me it isnt a staple in an eradicator deck but rather a special tech card to turn the tables of the game when in danger. Its a good card to instant minus your opponent if he is piloting decks that do not offer advantage or low handsize decks which ultimately cripple their offence and attacking power. However against decks like Palemoon and Garmore which are able to offer up to a +5 advantage to replenish field would put his skill to waste.

If you are planning to run this guy, I recommend playing 2 copies at a maximum. As in the art of the card wise, I find him like some mad scientist who experimented on himself and failed which explains the tentacle head and the scythes as its hands which will do its experiments and cut your body open as his test subjects.

Next card worth mentioning would be the Eradicator, Ignition Dragon
[AUTO] Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (1)] When a «Narukami» rides this unit, you may pay the cost. If you do, your opponent chooses two of his or her rear-guards, and retires them, and choose your vanguard, and that unit gets [Power]+10000 until end of turn. [AUTO](VC):When this unit attacks, if the number of rear-guards you have is more than your opponent's, this unit gets [Power]+2000 until end of that battle. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

Opinions about this card: Lets all play the good old Gauntlet Buster Dragon. Who doesn't forget that badass that stack crits and +3k power while burning opponent rearguards. Well this card makes him more broken. For a cheap cost of CB1, you get to +16k and 2 criticals. How more broken can it get? I personally love its art and how this card brandishes its chainsaw and telling ya that ya better guard your ass otherwise the chainsaw will land in your ass if you no guard. Totally love this art a lot.

Next card that is Meta Defining would be the Dauntless Dominate Dragon Reverse.
I know this card is on par with Dauntless Drive for holding the title of having the most Ds in the name. DDDR
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (1) & Choose one of your «Kagerō» rear-guards, and lock it] Until end of turn, this unit gets "[AUTO](VC):When this unit's drive check reveals a grade 1 or greater «Kagerō», choose up to one of your opponent's grade 1 or less rear-guards, retire it, and this unit gets [Power]+3000 until end of turn.". This ability cannot be used for the rest of turn. (The locked card is turned face down, and cannot do anything. It turns face up at the end of the owner's turn) [CONT](VC):If you have a card named "Dauntless Drive Dragon" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+2000. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

Opinions about this card. This card is good especially on how it force your opponent to guard a 2 pass no matter what whether you lock or not. This card can be abused with its breakride to stack its skill up to 4 times. I kinda like how it forces the guard and gives your opponent a guarantee minus. Simple yet powerful effect. I kinda like how badass this card art is.

I have tested this badass guy and has proven to be a head to head contender with the G4 Transcendence dragon. Dauntless being able to restand itself and hit perfect numbers of 23k is no joke and to stack reverse's effect is just too sweet and proved to be a badass and deserved the spot in the meta.

Here is the decklist that I've used:
G3
4x Dauntless Drive Dragon
4x Dauntless Dominate Dragon Reverse

G2
3x Berserk Dragon
4x Dominate Drive Dragon
2x Bellicosity dragon
2x Hunger Hell Dragon

G1
4x Dragon Dancer Maria
2x Calamity Tower Wyvern
2x Heatnail Salamander
3x Embodiment of armor, Bahr
3x Sealed dragon, Kersey

G0
4x Heal
3x Sealed dragon Artpitch (Draw)
3x Gattling claw dragon (Draw)
6x Critical

SVG
Lizard Soldier, Conroe

Until next time, stay tune for the part 2 where I'm going to talk about murakumo and all the other supports in bt14 and the current metagame.

The Dauntless Dote Insights and FAQ

Hello fellow readers, I am Zheng Yang and I am a new co-author of Le Vanguard. Hope my posts will help you guys understand more about vanguard. Today, I will be assessing a card that we are very familiar. DAUNTLESS DRIVE DRAGON, also known as DDD. For the convenience of those who do not know what its effect is, here.
BT11-005
[AUTO] Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage): When a «Kagerō» rides this unit, choose one of your vanguards, that unit gets [Power]+10000 and "[AUTO](VC):[Choose three cards from your hand, and discard them] At the beginning of the close step of the battle that this unit attacked, if this unit did not [Stand] during this turn, you may pay the cost. If you do, [Stand] this unit." until end of turn. [AUTO](VC): When this unit attacks, if the number of rear-guards you have is more than your opponent's, this unit gets [Power]+2000 until end of that battle. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit that doesn't belong to the same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

This card have its strong points and weak points.
Strong Points:
-The 10k power it gives its vanguard.
-The fact that you are able to stand again to attack with massive attack power.
-The 11k base which makes you almost immune to those pesky 12k attckers with 8k boosters.

Weak Points:
-Its a limit break(4) card, you will need 4 damage to activate the breakride.
-when you ride this card, its as good as having a -1(cards lost during that turn) and to activate this card ability, its another -1(cards lost during that turn.)
-This card will not be able to make a HUGE combo with DOTE, for the convenience of those who do not know the card, here:
BT05-S05EN-SP
[CONT](VC/RC):If you have a non-«Kagero» vanguard or rear-guard, this unit gets [Power]-2000. [CONT](VC):If you have a card named "Dragonic Overlord" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+2000. [AUTO] (VC):[Counter Blast (2) &Choose a card named "Dragonic Overlord the End" from your hand, and discard it] When this unit's attack hits, you may pay the cost. If you do, [Stand] this unit.

Now I will explain about why DOTE and DDD combo was trolled by bushiroad. When the attack does not hit, you can use DDD skill to stand again, however you must use his effect first as if you choose to use DOTE's effect first as DDD has a restricting skill(if this unit did not [Stand] during this turn, you may pay the cost. If you do, [Stand] this unit." until end of turn.)

So should i not use DOTE with DDD?
It is still usable, however if my first attck hit, i would use DOTE effect first to get the +1(cards gained that turn. However, you may take the risk and use DDD's skill first, however, i suggest only do this on your FINAL TURN.

What other cards can I play with DDD?
Eclipse is my personal favourite, for those who do not know its skill,
[CONT](VC):If you have a card named "Amber Dragon, Dusk" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+1000. [ACT](VC):[Counter Blast (2)] This unit gets "[AUTO](VC):When this unit's attack hits a vanguard, choose up to two of your opponent's rear-guards, and retire them." until end of turn.

This adds TONS of pressure on your vanguard circle as your opponent risks two units being retired and yes, this skill only needs to be activated once per turn and it will still have the skill when he restands with DDD's ability. However the downfall of this card is that if I do not have the g2 version of amber dragon in soul, eclipse will be a weak 10k vanguard. Other cards that can be used with DDD are endless and it all boils down to personal preference.

Why put (if this unit did not [Stand] during this turn, you may pay the cost. If you do, [Stand] this unit." until end of turn.) at the last minute?
Well, simply put, it combos too well with dote and to prevent overuse of DOTE, this ability was added to DDD. Trust me, if this part was not part of the awesome skill of DDD, it will be overused and thus will lead to restirction of dote yet again, fellow DOTE fans, take this part of the ability as a price to pay to free DOTE. From the chains of restriction!

I have a DOTE deck but have budget issues, what can I do?
Easy, i reccomend this g3 lineup, 2 Dantless Drive Dragon, 2 Dragonic overloard, 4 DOTE. Why? you may ask, if u manage to ride either DO or DDD, it will give you a huge advantage over tour opponent. IF DOTE over DO, CROSSRIDE! 13k base. If DDD then you get the awesome breakride ability.

Conclusion
Overall, if on the scale of 1-10, I give DDD 8/10. Its has an awesome ability but it restricts DOTE and plus, its a LIMIT BREAK(4) card, so you may not use his effect till the fourth damage, which skilled players will know how to deal with that.

Well thats all I have to say about DDD. Please provide feedback about my views about DDD or even better, do enlighten me more about DDD if i have to stated in any of my points above. Thanks for your time!

Overhyped Cards
Goddess of Good Luck, Fortuna
Seriously? Was expecting it to be at $18. I believed i have argued why this card is sometimes not that effective.

Underhyped Cards
Roaring Ripple, Genovious
Persona blast and get a free mr invincible effect. I guess persona blast is not that popular in the meta, What's more its also a chain ride. Why play chain ride if ya can do a break ride? To me, i believe this card has some potential

Ancient Dragon Spino Driver
For its effect, its pretty cheap. Guess Dinos just aren't as badass and popular as as compared to dragons.

Ancient Dragon, Parasawall
Looks like tachikaze will become similar to the fate of spike brothers. Its a cheap and effective deck ready to kickass and have a share in the metagame.

Armor Break Dragon
Shouldnt't this card should cost like $7 to $8. It still has it uses though in narukami deck.

Decks that are cheap to build
Tachikaze 70 to 80
Celestial 70 to 90
Genovous Aqua force 60 to 80
blockade crossride 70 to 90

Potential Top Tier Decks
Tier 1
Angel Feather - Celestials
Kagero - Dauntless Dote
Aqua force - Revonn - transcore variants

Study guide on Seal Dragons

Hi guys, This is Le Jester over here. Today i am gonna share with you about sealed dragons and why they are OP and can screw your opponent's aqua force deck.

Seal Dragons
7247e8c4Burning Hell Seal Dragon, Blockade Inferno
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (2) - Cards with "Seal Dragon" in its card name] Retire all of your opponent's grade 2 units, and this unit gets [Power]+10000 until end of turn. [CONT](VC):If you have a card named "Seal Dragon, Blockade" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+2000. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you do not have units with the same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack.)

Okay folks lets discuss about the uses of this card. So its a counterblast 2 cards with seal dragons to get a +10k to retire all grade 2s on the field. The question you might wanna ask would be: Isn't Armor Break Dragon better where it retires the front row. My answer is both cards are strong and has its uses however i gotta say that sealed dragons are very effective against decks like Aqua Force. Why is that so?

BT08-007 RRR
Storm Rider, Basil is a grade 2. Aqua force usually flood their field with at least 2 to 3 grade 2s on the field. And basil is one of the most irritating cards that would always hide at the backrow when finished delivering the 1st attack with it. So how do i kill that son of a gun? One way is to use cards like dragonic deathscythe, berserk dragon to target it and retire it for the same cost of counterblast 2. Another way is to kill them with the effect of blockade inferno. Another question about blockade inferno you might ask will be, what if opponent has only grade 3s and 1s on the field or he only has one grade 2?

Let me introduce another card in this archetype of sealed dragons which will answer this question for me.

Koduroi
Seal Dragon, Corduroy
[AUTO]:[Counter Blast (1) - Cards with "Seal Dragon" in its card names] When this unit is placed on (VC) or (RC), if you have a <Kagero> vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose one of your opponent's rear-guards, and retire it, and your opponent look at up to four cards from the top of his or her deck, chooses up to one grade 2 from among them, call it to (RC), and your opponent shuffles his or her deck.

So in this case... What if opponent controls a diamantes thats sits at the backrow as well. Here is one method to screw your opponent up. Use Corduroy to retire the diamantes and hopes he get a basil from the top 4 cards that he picked up to call to rearguard. So why a Basil? Coz you wanna screw up your opponent field and clear all the basils in the deck which will render their Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom useless without any 4th attacks. or alternatively you can retire their booster behind their vanguard to call a basil out.

So what i wanna say is that Aqua force is totally no threat to seal dragons at all and is extremely fun to play and troll with.

In other words the combo you need to pull off the stunt is:
7247e8c4 +  Koduroi

After babbling so much about the aboved mentioned combos, Can blockade inferno be played with Dauntless drive dragon? My answer is yes, You dont say. It can be played like a final turn kind of thing. Where blockade and corduroy help you clear all intercepters and rearguards, dauntless drive breakride ability help you to gain additional 10k attack power and also an ability to stand you vanguard again at the cost of discarding 3 cards.

So in total, 11k + 10k + 10k = 31k unboosted vanguard and a 39k with a 8k booster. So in other words, your opponent has to drop a 30k guard for 1 trigger pass and 35 for two and 40 for no trigger pass. But what if i pull all effects into my vanguard and restand it again. So assuming i play criticals, It will be a 41k without any boost and if i were to get both trigger to power up my vanguard. So for the 2nd attack, it will be a 35k guard for 1 trigger pass, 40k guard for 2 trigger pass and 45k for a no trigger pass. To total up, It will be a 40k + 45k = 85 guard to guard the vanguard alone. And assuming both your rearguard columns are 18k, it be a total of 105k guard if your opponent do not have any negates on his hand.

Oh well, that all for now folks, to conclude. Sealed dragons are Badasses that will be a potential OP contender alongside with narukami and their dragonic descendant.

BT11 Support: part 3

Candle Celestial, Sariel
BT11-025-R (Sample)
[AUTO]:[Counter Blast (1)] When this unit is placed on (RC), if you have a «Angel Feather» vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, search your deck for up to one «Angel Feather», put it into your damage zone, shuffle your deck, and choose one face up card from your damage zone, and put it into your drop zone.

Solidify Celestial, Zerachiel
BT11-002-RRR (Sample)

BT11 Sneak Peek

We are glad to share some great news to our kagero players in this bt11-Seal dragons unleashed.

Here are some of the important highlights that you might want to take note of this upcoming April.

Ya heard it cardfighters, Blockade dragon will be reprinted in bt11. Means good news for those who don't have it or sold it. It will be confirmed as a new crossride for kagero.

BT02-006EN RRROrg3982049
Blockade dragon's effect:
[CONT](VC):During your turn, your opponent's units cannot intercept.

Do comment below for prediction of its crossride effect. Assuming it will be another glory maestrom or silent tom. That would be Imba and overpowered.

New Breakride for kagero.
Dauntless Drive Dragon
 Dauntless
[AUTO] Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):When a «Kagerō» rides this unit, choose one of your vanguards, that unit gets [Power]+10000 and gets "[AUTO](VC):[Choose three cards from your hand, and discard them] At the beginning of the close step of the battle that this unit attacked, you may pay the cost. If you do, [Stand] this unit. This ability can only be used once per turn." until end of turn. [AUTO](VC):When this unit attacks, if the number of rear-guards you have is more than your opponent's, this unit gets [Power]+2000 until end of that battle. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit that doesn't belong to the same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

WHATTTT!!!!! Another dragonic descendant?? Looks damn badass as well. Reminds me stay tune for the new badass hall of fame. Coz we have too much badasses over here.
BT10-006
This means descendant drop price to 9 to 12 dollars liao.
Here are some suggestions on how to use this card.
Dauntless
Besides kagero, Aqua force get its own break ride as well.
Blue Soaring Dragon, Transcore Dragon
Transcore
[AUTO] Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):When a «Aqua Force» rides this unit, choose one of your vanguard, that unit gets [Power]+10000 and gets "[AUTO](VC):When this unit attacks a vanguard, your opponent may choose one card from his or her hand, and discard it. If they do not, this unit gets [Critical]+1, and your opponent cannot normal call units to (GC) until end of that battle." until end of turn. [AUTO](VC):When this unit attacks a vanguard, this unit gets [Power]+2000 until end of that battle. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit that doesn't belong to the same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

This card seems Badass and threatening enough to declare FINAL TURN. If opponent don't wanna discard, Have some balls to take the 2 critical damage and Lucksack Triggers. So its either a -1 or a no guard at all.

Seems to be a good pair with glory maestrom to declare a FINAL TURN.
Transcore Blue Storm Supreme Dragon Glory Maelstrom

Thats all the Badasses that we have with us this upcoming bt11.
