FC2015: A quick overview(part 2)

Continued from part 1, I'll talk about the main strides of clans featured in FC2015, giving you guys a brief overview of how the card works, and how to synergize it with the respective decks. Now, let's get started.

Beauty of Light Snowfall, Shirayuki
Light Snowfall Makeup, Shirayuki
[AUTO]:When this unit is placed on (VC), choose one of your heart cards, search your deck for up to one card with the same card name as that card, call it to (RC), shuffle your deck, at the end of that turn, if you have a heart card with "Shirayuki" in its card name, return the unit called with this effect to your hand, choose a card from your hand, and discard it, if you do not have, put the unit called with this effect on the bottom of your deck.
Obviously, this card works with Shirayuki. The best card to run it alongside with is the break ride. Most people would think you're getting no pluses out of this, but think about it carefully. You're throwing away 1 card, maybe a useless fodder, to minus 20K from one of your opponent's attacks next turn. It's essentially granting you a 20K shield in return for say, a 5K shield? The part about that rear-guard attacking during your turn is an even better bonus. This is more than just good, it's fantastic.

Battle Deity, Asura Kaiser
G-FC01-015-RRR (Sample)
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Choose a grade 3 card from your drop zone, and put it on the top of your deck] Shuffle your deck, and until end of turn, this unit gets "[AUTO](VC):When this unit's drive check reveals a grade 3 card, if you have a heart card with "Asura Kaiser" in its card name, choose up to four of your rear-guards, and [Stand] them.".
This is too good for a RRR if you ask me. It should bee a GR instead. You're essentially returning your stride fodder to get a higher chance of revealing a Grade 3 during TRIPLE drive check. Imagine having 4 samurais on the field, and a Death Army Lady/Guy. One G3 check will let you stand your WHOLE field in an instant, and those samurais are gonna  get a HUGE power-up. If you put a samurai behind your Vanguard, and revealed a G3, and your opponent guarded for 2 or 3 triggers to pass, he's instantly screwed. The power-up that Bear Down Samurai got would be added to the attack, increasing the attack's total power by 15K at max. Then once you're done striding, if your Vanguard is Immortal Asura, you still have a high chance of getting a G3 and wrecking your opponent again with the samurais. For this deck basically, revealing a G3 in drive check every turn would wreck your opponent upside-down.

Hyper Metalborg, Heavy Duke
10458485 10202425025865846 6796271370303721178 n
[AUTO](VC):[Counter Blast (2)] When this unit attacks a vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, until end of that battle, this unit gets "[AUTO](VC):When this unit's attack hits a vanguard, draw a card for each of your heart cards.". Then, if you have a heart card with "Metalborg" in its card name, until end of that battle, your opponent cannot call grade 1 or greater cards from hand to (GC).
This is just PERFECT to run with a Sin Buster Legion deck. Stride on top of a Legioned vanguard, and you'll be hitting for about 32K(factoring in a boost). Your opponent has to choose to guard now and be open for Sin Buster next turn, or no guard now, and save shield for Sin Buster. His dilemma comes from the draw part of this stride skill. Since you have 2 hearts, you'll draw 2 on hit compared to Sin Buster's draw 1. The only issue that you'll face is the counterblast cost. Likely your opponent will guard this one to prevent you from getting more cards in hand, but that just means you can finish him off easier with Sin Buster next turn.

Great Warrior, Dudley Geronimo
G-FC01-017-RRR (Sample)
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1) & Choose a face down card named "Great Warrior, Dudley Geronimo" from your G zone, and turn it face up] If you have a heart card with "Dudley" in its card name, until end of turn, this unit gets "[AUTO](VC):When your rear-guard attacks, that unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of that battle, and at the end of that battle, put that unit on the bottom of your deck.". Then, if the number of face up cards in your G zone is two or more, until end of turn, this unit gets "[CONT](VC):Your rear-guards may attack a vanguard from the back row.".
Spike Brothers just got the boost it needs. Personally, I think the best G3s to run in a deck with this is 3 Dudley Lucifer, 3 Dudley Emperor, and 2 Dudley Moses. Lucifer for the high powered attacks in a full build Dudley deck. Emperor is a back-up boss, and Moses is just to recycle triggers and necessary cards during Legion.  The only non-Dudley archetype cards you should be running in this deck are the triggers and Reckless Express. That thing works incredibly well with this G unit. Considering your units can attack from the back row and you would be in late game by then, throw 1 or more Reckless Express into the back row and more attackers in the front row for some major killer attacks.

Amon's Claw, Marchocias
G-FC01-018-RRR (Sample)
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1)] If you have a heart card with "Amon" in its card name, choose two of your rear-guards with "Amon" in its card name, and those units and this unit get [Power]+3000 for every five cards in your soul until end of turn.
Kinda lackluster, but still pretty ok. This is meant to be a late game card, after you've soulcharged enough with Amon's Legion. You would have at approximately 15 soul by then, so that's an extra 9K to 2 rear-guards. Since your opponent would have spent a lot of shield guarding the Legioned attacks in your previous turns, you would be able to get at least one attack through on this turn or deplete his remaining hand. Not much to say here, since the skill is so simple. Just make sure you don't spam Amon's retiring skill before using this, or you may not have enough counterblast left to use necessary skills on the turn you stride this card.

Silver Thorn Dragon Master, Mystic Luquier
G-FC01-019-RRR (Sample)
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Choose two of your rear-guards, and put them into your soul] If you have a heart card with "Luquier" in its card name, Soul Charge (2), choose two cards with "Silver Thorn" in its card name from your soul, and call them to separate (RC).
This may seem like a useless card to non-Pale Moon players, but there's advantages to this. Power gaining for one thing. Having those Upright Lions on the field before using this would get them a free extra 6K. You can swap out dead rear-guards like Zelmas and call pressure units like Maricica or Ana, or units with on-call effects like Irina or Zelma, to give your Upright Lion(s) even more power. You can even call back the starter to filter your deck more and put better cards in your soul.

Ice Prison Underworld God, Cocytus Negative
CocytusG1
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1) & Put three cards from the top of your deck into your drop zone] If you have a heart card with "Cocytus" in its card name, choose up to one card from your drop zone, call it to (RC). Then, if you call a unit with "Cocytus" in its card name with this effect, choose a grade 1 or less card from your drop zone, call it (RC), and that unit gets [Power]+4000 until end of turn.
The best way to use this card is to first make sure you have a Cocytus or Cocytur Reverse in your drop zone. Use this unit's skill, and call a Cocytus, then call our favorite Sea Strollling Banshee for a (almost) free draw. This card essentially nets you a +3 in that one turn. Not to mention you can make a 21K column with Cocytus Reverse and Banshee to force a 15K guard from your opponent. The only downside here, is how fast you will deck out. But that can be easily fixed with a Legion unit in your deck. I would  recommend 3 Cocytus, 3 Cocytus Reverse, and 2 Pinot Noir as the G3 lineup in a deck that runs this. Overall, this is another very good and underrated card from FC2015.

Legendary PR<3ISM Duo, Nectaria
G-FC01-021-RRR (Sample)
[AUTO](VC):When this unit's attack hits a vanguard, choose one of your rear-guards, and return it to your hand, if you have a heart card with "PR♥ISM" in its card name, choose a card from your hand, call it to (RC), and that unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn, if you have a heart card with "Duo" in its card name, search your deck for one card with the same card name as the unit returned with this effect, reveal it to your opponent, put it into your hand, and shuffle your deck.
The good part about this card is that you can use it with both main archetypes available in the Bermuda Triangle clan. I'll explain both. In a PRISM deck, the best way to pressure your opponent is to attack with a column that has Celtic in it. If this hits, bounce Celtic, use her skill to add power to your other rear-guard column, and call Slaney to bounce the booster and call another G1 to boost her. Alternatively, call a 12K whacker for whacking. In a Duo deck, you can attack with the Vanguard first, preferably with Peace boosting it. On hit, bounce Peace, use Nectaria's skill to search for another Peace, then use Peace's draw skill. By then you ought to have at least 3 Peace in hand, so it's a free draw for you. But of course, all this depends on Nectaria's attack hitting. Even if it doesn't hit, your opponent would have wasted hand trying to guard it. Kind of a balanced card, not too good, yet not that bad.

Carapace Strange Deity, Machining Destroyer
G-FC01-022-RRR (Sample)
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1)-card with "Machining" in its card name] If you have a heart card with "Machining" in its card name, choose one of your opponent's rear-guards, and that unit cannot [Stand] during your opponent's next stand phase. Then, if the number of rear-guards you have with "Machining" in its card name is four or more, choose one of your opponent's vanguards, and that unit cannot [Stand] during your opponent's next stand phase.
This is quite good. Meant to run in a deck with Machining Spark Hercules and Machining Warsickle, for 1 counterblast, you get to stun your opponent's Vanguard and 1 pesky rear-guard. A hard counter to the current meta now, with Aqua Force and their pesky rear-guards. Your opponent would either have to waste hand to reride and replace the paralyzed rear-guard, or suffer with 1 less twin drive and RG attack. A good card overall to waste your opponent's hand or give them a hard dilemma.

School Special Investigator, Leo-pald Chaser
G-FC01-023-RRR (Sample)
[AUTO](VC):When this unit attacks a vanguard, if you have a heart card with "Leo-pald" in its card name, choose one of your rear-guards, and until end of turn, it gets [Power]+4000 and "[AUTO](RC):At the end of your turn, retire this unit." "[AUTO]:During your end phase, when this unit is put into the drop zone from (RC), search your deck for up to one card with the same name as this unit, reveal it to your opponent, put it to your hand, and shuffle the deck.".
I see a lot of fun to be had with this card and the G1/2 Hamsuke. With this G unit's skill and Hamsuke's skill, it's a free +2 hand for you. If you strided on top of School Hunter, Leopald, his LB4 skill will activate the same time you retire the rear-guard. Therefore you can activate both the G unit's skill and Leopald's LB4 to revive the rear-guard and get a extra copy in hand. Very good card for Great Nature, even though it only works with Leopald or Leopald Reverse.

White Lily Musketeer Captain, Cecilia
G-FC01-024-RRR (Sample)
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1) & Choose two of your rear-guards with "Musketeer" in its card name, and retire them] If you have a heart card with "Cecilia" in its card name, look at five cards from the top of your deck, search for up to three cards with "Musketeer" in its card name from among them, call them to separate (RC), and shuffle your deck.
Not a very good card. The fact it only works with a Cecilia heart makes things harder. With only the top 5 to look at to call 3 rear-guards, there's a high chance you won't get something good. The best G3 lineup to play in a deck with this G unit is 4 Vera, and 4 Cecilia. Ride Cecilia first to stride and sack some useless fodder or something with an on call effect. Once your field is built up over a few turns on this, ride Vera for end-game pressure.

That about covers it for the main strides each clan receives in the upcoming FC2015. I won't cover the RR's for each clan, since most skills are pretty simple and won't set off awesome combos like some of the RRR's here. Feel free to comment below if my analysis of any of the cards is wrong or you have a better opinion.

Cray Journal: Granblue, the strongest budget deck!!

Want to stay competitive in the current Legion meta, but have not enough money to buy a full build, expensive Legion deck? Fear not, Granblue is here to save you. The mighty pirates will cut down anyone who stands in your way, and will be easy on your wallet too. Let's look at their main boss:
BT17-018
Young Noble Pirate, Pinot Noir
[ACT](VC): Legion 20000 "Pirate Belle, Pinot Blanc"
[AUTO](VC): [Put 3 cards from the top of your deck into the drop zone] When this unit performs Legion, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose one card from your drop zone, and call it to (RC).
[AUTO](VC): [Choose 1 of your rear-guards, and retire it] When this unit attacks a Vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, this unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of that battle.

BT17-038
Pirate Belle, Pinot Blanc
[AUTO](Drop zone): [Counter Blast (1)] When your Vanguard performs Legion, you may pay the cost. If you do, call this card to (RC)

That's Granblue's ace unit from BT17. Not too shabby for a RR, right? The good thing about Pinot Blanc is, if you don't have her in the drop zone when you Legion, but end up milling her as part of the 3 cards from Pinot Noir's skill, you can still activate her skill. Pinot Noir's ability to retire units for additional power is very useful. You can either retire some useless G0(like Hades Steersman) or your Sea Strolling Banshee or Corrosion Dragons to spawn them later to use their skills. With more support from bt17, the options for you to retire are endless! Of course, the main problem with Pinot Noir is that his skill is a one-time thing. Which is why we have the other Granblue Legion card from BT17:

 BT17-037
Witch Doctor of the Dead Sea, Negrobolt
[ACT](VC): Legion 20000 "Dragon Undead, Ghoul Dragon"
[AUTO]((VC): [Counter Blast (1), Choose one of your rear-guards, and retire it] When this unit attacks a Vanguard, if this unit is in Legion, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose 1 card from your drop zone, and call it to (RC).
[AUTO](VC): When this unit attacks a Vanguard, if there is another unit in the center column, this unit gets [Power]+3000 until end of battle.
 BT17-039
Dragon Undead, Ghoul Dragon
[AUTO] When this unit is placed on (RC) from your drop zone, until end of turn, this unit gets "[AUTO](RC): When this unit's attack hits a Vanguard, choose 1 of your opponent's rear-guards, and retire it" until end of turn.

WOOOOOWWWWW... I see so many ways to abuse these 2 together. A simple way would be to attack with a rear-guard column first, then superior call Ghoul Dragon in the front row of that column. With this, you get an extra 1 attack for that turn. Even better, Ghoul Dragon would add pressure to your opponent to guard. I must say, this is really impressive, considering it's only an R.
Here's a nice, cheap decklist for you guys:

4 Pinot Noir, 4 Negrobolt
4 Pinot Blanc, 4 Ghoul Dragon, 4 Corrosion Dragon
2 Universal Negate(bt16 or later), 2 Reef Banshee(QW), 2 Deadly Nightmare, 3 Sea Strolling Banshee, 2 Arman, 2 Evil Shade

Corrosion Dragon is almost like a staple in this deck... You can either call it via Pinot Noir, or Negrobolt's skill for a nice 12k whacker.
The reason i put deadly nightmare instead of samurai spirit, is because this deck is quite counterblast heavy. The soul isn't used for anything other than the banshee, so might as well use it to spawn perfect number 16k columns right?
Sea Strolling Banshee... Lets you soul blast 1 to draw when she's called from the drop zone. With the 2 bosses listed above, need i say more?
Chief of the Deck, Arman... He gains +3k when you superior call him from the drop zone. Basically a G1 version of Corrosion Dragon, i only run 2 of this simply due to the lack of G1 space.
Evil Shade boosts your Vanguard for 10k by milling 2 at once. Sets up for Legion and puts revivables in the drop zone for you? OH HELL YES.
The universal negate can be any negate post-bt16 since it doesn't have a clan restriction. If you want, you could run Gust Jinn, but this is meant to be a budget deck. Gust Jinn is from bt02, an extinct set, and you're gonna blow a hole in your wallet trying to get 2 of him.

Now to look at the prices:
4 Pinot Noir: ~$4 each, $16 total
2 Universal Negate: ~$5 each, $10 total
2 Reef Banshee: ~$4 each, $8 total
~$5 for all CnRs.
Total: $39
Now would ya call that cheap or what?? :D
Cheap and good, welcome the era of the Granblue Pirates!!

Cray Journal: The Dead Sea

Hey folks, Its another section of Khai's Cray journal.
Today I'm going to talk about granblue and the dead sea.

Its been like 2 weeks since I've been experimenting on the deck.
I was experimenting on abusing Negromarl. Yes that pathetic grade 3 with 8k base power. Well. After being taught to look at a deck and cards at a different perspective. It gives me that idea of using him and abusing that card as a rearguard.

For those who have no idea who is negromarl, here it is.

[AUTO]:[Counter Blast (2)] When this unit is placed on (VC) or (RC), if you have a «Granblue» vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, choose a card from your drop zone, and call it to (RC).

To be honest, he sucked as a vanguard. But to make him a rearguard, he is just what granblue needs to generate more free pluses and advantage. Just imagine the ya get a plus 3 every turn if ya spawn him with a cocytus reverse. If this is a grade 2, it is exactly what granblue really needs.

My previous decklist.
4x Nightmist, Lord of the seven seas
4x Cocytus R
1x Negromarl

4x Ruin Shade
4x Deadly Spirit
3x Corrosion dragon

4x gust jinn
3x sea walk banshee
3x Dandy guy romario
3x Deadly Nightmare

12x criticals
4x heal
1x Nightkid

Problems I faced when playing granblue with this decklist.
1. You ran out of soul very fast. Negromarl helps who respawn banshees more often. Which depletes ya soul fast alongside with the deadly spirit and nightmare which are soulblast heavy.

2. Negromarl is a 1 time use card. You need him like Once or twice in the game. Respawning him too much jams your field and cockblock you. Especially when you need a rearguard to intercept and he can't intercept.
The point is that negromarl is only good during your turn to a small extent. You do not want to keep him on the field. Which i would normally use nightmist to respawn it. Using a cocytus R to respawn him is good however, But it broke even than give pluses. As ya get a dead rearguard spawn by his effect to jam your own field even though it looks like you can gain +3 with him which you want to replace with the deadly spirit after ya spawn him. This cause you to run out of soul too fast which later limit your use and privilege to abuse the banshee.

New Decklist.
4x Nightmist, Lord of the seven seas
4x Cocytus R

4x Ruin Shade
4x Deadly Spirit
3x Corrosion dragon

4x gust jinn
3x sea walk banshee
3x Dandy guy romario
4x Samurai Spirit

12x criticals
4x heal
1x Nightkid

Here is some questions that imma answer and ya might ask.
Is Cocytus Reverse an offensive card or defensive card?
Cocytus Reverse isn't a good card for it to be an offensive card as it kills the synergy of the whole deck and disrupt your stack of triggers. The milling of 3 cards can be a little too high for a cost for granblue. Which spawning a banshee sometimes gives the minus 2 than a plus 2. Drawing and milling trigger sucks. Been there, done that. Problem with Cocytus Reverse is that it doesn't have any raw power unlike the other decks.
Although it gives the rearguard that it pulled from the dropzone a +3k. Its just help you maintain your maximum field presence and generate advantage for defences and to intercept.

Where does granblue's offensive power lies on?
Their only offensive power is the pressure from the deck where you hasten your triggers with ruin shades and when you break ride on a nightmist. I would usually call corrosion dragon along side with the sea-walk banshee on the same column to hit a 28k rearguard column with it. And a ruin shade as my rearguard to stack a double trigger on my drive check or a crit to give my huge rear the pressure on my opponent. Means if ya can't break ride anymore, its a matter of who can survive the longest and whose hand size is able to tank the volley of attacks longer.

Is Granblue a consistent and easy deck to play?
Obviously no. Granblue isn't the clan for anyone and an easy clan to play like your gold paladins.
It requires knowledge on deck building and deck structure. Its one of the few clans where deck structure plays an important role and one card can screw the deck synergy. Another is the skills it takes to pilot the clan. Its not the type of clan that is easy to pilot. It requires perfect precision in timing and control.

I've tested against a few decks. Here are some of the consistent results.
Effective on Nubatama which helps you to set up your dropzone even faster.
Lost to Zerachiel. Due to Early game rush and consistent huge columns that I can't guard with.
Lost to nova grappler. Can't guard against the multiple volleys of attacks and reverse breakride OTK.

Captain NightTroll's Guide to Granblue

Hey folks, this is le jester over here. I have been on hiatus on the blog for quite sometime. Its time I shall talk about this clan which which hypes everyone recently these few weeks.

This clan just got revived when cocytus gets his reversed form and a new breakride.
So lets first talk about the support that its getting.

Lord of the seven seas, Nightmist
BT13-016-RR (Sample)
Card Effect(s) [AUTO] Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):When a «Granblue» rides this unit, choose your vanguard, that unit gets [Power]+10000 until end of turn, choose up to two «Granblue» from your drop zone, call them to (RC), the units called with this effect get [Power]+5000 until end of turn, and at the end of that turn, retire those units. [CONT]:During your turn, if the number of «Granblue» rear-guards you have is four or more, this unit gets [Power]+2000. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

What are the combos and dropzone targets you can pull with this guy alone?
1. Sea Strolling Banshee
BT13-037-R (Sample)
[AUTO]:[Soul Blast (1)] When this unit is placed on (RC) from your drop zone, if you have a «Granblue» vanguard, you may pay the cost. If you do, draw a card.

Opinions: The art is so kawaii. Soulblast 1 and draw 1. This is the card that granblue needs. With soulblast 1, as compared to cutlass, which soulblast 2, ya can finally spam this lady with your soul and gain advantages. Not to mention, deadly nightmare and spirits eat 2 cards from your soul  which is a  heavy
cost to replace your rearguards.
with nightmist, ya get a decent 11k booster with her.

2.Rough Seas Banshee
BT02-055EN C
This card is so easy to abuse to draw cards and to pump your soul up to be used later for cards that burns the soul like the deadly nightmare, spirits and sea strolling banshee.

3. Death Seeker Thanathos
BT06-014EN RR
Wouldn't it be good to keep your opponent under the pressure cooker and if this card actually hits, you can replace a rearguard and keep it permanent on the field which in this case calling either the Sea Stroll banshee would give you the pluses.

4. Ruin Shade
BT02-S03EN SP
Yea why not some ruin shades to hit perfect numbers and hasten triggers.

5. Captain Nightkid
378529
Or ya can actually call this guy to help thin and filter the deck by using the counterblast. Which granblue hardly uses it except for cocytus.

Besides all this, what is the skill of cocytus reverse and how do I actually use it?
Ice Prison Hades Emperor, Cocytus "Reverse"
BT13-017-RR (Sample)
[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Put three cards from the top of your deck into your drop zone & Choose one of your «Granblue» rear-guards, and lock it] Choose one «Granblue» from your drop zone, call it to (RC), and that unit gets [Power]+3000 until end of turn. (Locked cards are turned face down, and cannot do anything. Turn them face up at the end of its owner's turn) [CONT](VC):If you have a card named "Ice Prison Necromancer, Cocytus" in your soul, this unit gets [Power]+2000. [CONT](VC/RC): Lord (If you have a unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack)

So who do I actually call with this effect?
Answer is you don't just call a ruin shade or a banshee just because you can as wouldnt be advisable to get cards that draw from this effect either which will result to screwed up trigger stacks and decking out faster. As it would mean you decking out faster.
So what is the best option?

Scenario 1
In this scenario if you have a 7k booster without an attacker, Ya would want to call the 8k special intercepter to your Rearguard to become an 11k attacker with a 7k boost which makes it an 18k perfect number against crossrides.

Scenario 2
In another scenario is when you have a 10k vanilla as a rearguard. You would want to call back the 8k vanilla to your rearguard to make it an 11k booster which this turn makes the whole column a perfect number of 21k against the 11k base vanguard and the turn after a 18k base perfect number against crossrides.

Scenario 3
In this other scenario would be to respawn a ruin shade or a 7k booster or vice versa. With ruin shade, being notorious for milling 2 cards and hiting magic numbers of 11k. Just imagine ya mill with ruin shade which actually makes the whole column a magic number of 21k and a magic number of 19k agains crossrides without milling.

Scenario 4
This scenario is when you call a Sea strolling banshee to make it be a 9k booster. However ya would need a 9k attacking rearguard to make this column into a 18k perfect number against crossrides. This comes with a downside when the turn is over as banshee would be back to a 6k which makes it 15 column.

So what do we do in this situation?
I would say you have 2 choices.
A. You would need to use ruin shade to mill to pump the column to 17k.
B. You would need to replace the rearguard with a 7k booster to hit 16k magic number.
However use either options depending on the situation you are in.

Scenario 5
The last would be calling a rough sea banshee via cocytus Reverse's effect. In this case is when you are out of soul to burn and a Banshee would be a 7k booster. As mention above, 7k + 9k = Magic number. Similar to the situation above, he column will be imperfect for the next turn which would need you to send the banshee to soul to draw and call a 7k booster.

You see cocytus reverse isn't designed like a garmore which gives massive pluses. What he is meant to do is like a deadly spirit and a nightmare which help correct your rearguards column to hit a perfect number and how can this get any better than a free mill and no counterblasts. Wouldn't this free up some counterblasts for a nightmist to revive himself?

Conclusion on granblue's playstyle.
As the theme suggest of undeads and the sea, the deck is very volatile to situations and able to correct themsleves or refill the empty space like fluids and water. Its the deck that is able to give a massive advantage and pluses like a gold paladin deck. It also hasten triggers like a dark irregular, genesis, OTT which never guard a 1 pass against this deck or at times a 2 pass. Coz the triggers tend to stack well if you are running 12 critical triggers like me. This deck is also able to recover from mass field nuking which a kagero and a narukami would do. The possible perfect counter?
